I was waiting at the terminal for my train
In a few minutes my heart slipped in to a reverie
I dreamed of meeting a beautiful girl in the train
who will come and sit just opposite to me

Then I could help her with the luggage and start a conversation
Then we slowly go on talking many interesting things
Wow, cool five hours journey will end like this

Finally, my train came
In my compartment I occupied a lonely coupe
Then waited for my dream girl to come
It’s been three hours I’ve started my journey from Trivandrum
And I am still all alone in my coupe lost in my reveries

Before every stop I got up from my sluggish stance, set my hair
And  sat like a gentleman hoping my dream girl would board from there
It’s been four hours now and not only the dream girl
But even the TTE didn’t come my way

From Kottayam one English lady boarded the train
She came to my coupe, looked around me and at the seat numbers
I wished if she could give me a company
I love English women because the way they kiss is just amazing
No Indian girl can go French like them
And I badly needed a French class from that lady
To add to my disappointment she too  went away to another compartment

Then I thought it’s only one more hour left and I should be going to some other coupe
Where I can at least see some beauties
In the very next second here comes a beautiful girl.. Wow..
She settled in my coupe in the single row, window side seat
No problem, I can still make a chat

While I was thinking how to start a conversation
Here comes a hulk
And he sat just opposite to her.. Oops
Now I know they were some candid lovers who were looking for some private space in the train
And now they sit face to face resting each others leg on other’s lap
At another peep I could see that they were tickling and caressing each others feet

I thought I shouldn’t disturb them
So for many minutes I just looked outside my window
Where I could see only darkness
At once something tempted me to take another peep at them
And this time I saw the girl biting the guy’s toe nails
From then I never peeped at them until I reached my station

Finally, here comes my station
With shattered dreams and plans
I slowly walked towards the door
Now the candid lover is sleeping in his beloved’s lap

People rushing in and out of the train
At once something caught my eyes
Yes, here comes my dream girl, my fairy queen..
Struggling with her heavy luggage

Long curly whirly  hair, perfect vivacity
Burning eyes and sweetest lips
Ohh..I am broken, why this happening to me.. ?
I was staring at her, then she looked at me at once
Suddenly I took off my eyes from her

I got out and she got in the train now
I looked her through the window
Once, twice, thrice we locked our eyes

Again people are rushing and I lost her sight
I was walking out of the station
Suddenly I felt, I should take one more look at her
I walked back, she is not seen anywhere
Finally I reached my coupe
And was surprised to see my dream princess
Sitting lonely right opposite to my seat !

The days are going by, still lingers your scent in and around me
Even the time is consuming time to heal the agony
Feels like with you all my luck too have faded away
I pray so that you be fine and well all the way

I know you will remember me only when you have bad times
Baby, once your honeymoon is over things will get to it’s core
Then you will remember me for sure

When I made love to you, I thought no one else in this world could make
you feel so flourished, and I still believe so..
Sometimes I am losing my confidence
Would you ever miss me in future?

It’s another twist in my life
There is no more us
Now you have your own family
But do you remember those promises which you made to me
One was that you will call me at every chance you get, and much more..
But after your marriage till now you have not made a single call to me

It’s okay honey, my friends say I should not expect such things anymore
But they hardly understand me because..
I don’t expect anything anymore  from you
What I need from you now is just baby..
Just.. just let me know that you are fine and well.

*Note: The very next day after the hero wrote this letter, heroine called up the hero and let him know that she is fine and having a great time with her new hubby(earlier in dreams it was him). The Hero felt very happy for her.. but deep inside somewhere the hero had a burning temptation.

IT’S TOO LATE TO BE A PESSIMIST !

What can we do..? Save Air, Water, Forest, Energy and each and every resources in our planet, for our survival and our children’s. Some tips: Reuse, Recycle,Plant a tree, Protect wildlife, Use Public Transportation, Use Renewable energy, Use organic food, Use less Heat and Air Condition, Change a Bulb, Drive Less and Drive Smart, Buy Energy-Efficient Products, Use Less Hot Water, Use the “Off” Switch, and Encourage Others to Conserve.

There are some unordinary love stories.
Which are not easy for others to understand.
Here is one like that.
I loved and cared her more than anything else in this world.
She too loved me much eventhough I never had enough of it.

We could never marry each other.
Which was not possible because of some other family commitments.
But we lived in dreams as husband and wife.
I always wanted her to be happy.

We shared every feeling.
I made love to her until she said she can’t have more.
I loved and cared her more than anyone in this world.
I pray to God to give her a good life.
I wished someone shall marry her who could love and care her as hard as I do.

Finally her family found out someone to get her married.
I wish from my heart that person to be a nice one.
Today their marriage is fixed, I am really happy.
Today she asked me what should she do if he calls her.
I told her to talk to him if he calls.

And now this night they are talking.
I tried her on phone, it is busy.
I am feeling terrible.
I don’t like sharing my love but I have to.
I feel like crying but I can’t.
I am now broken.
I loved and cared her more than anything else in this world.
I am weeping inside my heart and still care a lot for her.

I wish him to be a nice, caring and lovable husband.
Earlier she used to do everything with my consent and advice.
Now she has to take it from him.
My role is diminishing, my part is dwindling.

I am sure that me or her would never regret our relationship.
We shared everything happily and completely.
I know, I could always made her feel better.
And stood beside her in needs.
I loved her more than anything in this world.

I am sure she could never forget or stop loving me.
Still I am broken.
I can’t stand she belonging to someone else.
Still I would go on..
And hope time could heal my agony.
I love and care her more than anyone in this world.

MY INDIA

India is our country, can u just think for a while what all you have done to make it more beautiful, peaceful, developed and more good to live in, other than criticizing others for our bad situations. Here my humble effort is to make out some points we can do as a part from ourself to our own nation to make it real great. I am irresistable to point my finger towards those damn politicians because it is them who made our situation worst. Let me point out some things which we can do in our daily life as a small step forward.

• Understand that no God like violence, those who does it even in the name of God shall be necessarily punished by their own God.
• Let me tell you, religious riots are gonna be the next big ‘calamity’ in India, take care and do something about this. Spread peace, humanity and brotherhood.
• Don’t ever vote for any political parties, rather vote for good persons.
• Please be patient, wait for your turn to come in every situations, obey traffic rules.
• Don’t throw waste in public, dump it in your own compound.
• Don’t spit in public places because it spreads disease.
• Never waste resources, petrol etc because it gives way to price hike, even if you are rich because 95% of our people are poor.
• Park your vehicle only at the space provided.
• Keep the road in front of your home clean as you keep your home, I guess it would measure only 1/5th of your house compound.
• Don’t make noises or play music too loudly that it irritates your neighbor.
• Never hesitate to call police even in a little problem because they are paid to help you in any legal means.
• Learn to respond, even against small misdeeds in our society, not aggressively rather in a polite and stern manner.
• Save electricity and all other energy sources because they are dwindling each day.

Hey Buddies I am very sure that we can still enjoy our life to its maximum even if we care for such small actions of our own. When a large mass does this, it can really bring immediate changes to our society. Which will make us more richer in culture, standard of living, money and development. Finally, I realize that my points are not complete and may not be precise and right, so this is open to you.. I am open to take suggestion from everyone, so if you have any such points to make or differ to mine just let me know by adding it as a comment. I will necessarily add it to the above list.

SACHIN TENDULKAR

“Every now and will a player appears, who changes the way the game is played”

You might have read through these lines, which appears in an ad portraying the Master. The title itself reveals that to whom it is concerned, yes it’s none other than the cricketing Maestro SACHIN TENDULKAR. This is a humble note dedicated to him, who made all Indians proud in the world of cricket. I would dare to say that he is the best cricketer ever, you may argue, however! To express what I feel of him, i would like to quote another genius here.. “Age cannot wither, nor critics can stale his NUMERO UNO status”- Shakespear. His records speaks what kind of a player he is. And now leave the records, take him as a person, have you ever seen him arguing or exchanging cheap words with anyone in the field. He replies with his bat to all his rivals. He is a very well behaved and balanced cricketer. He plays the game with the same excitement he had had 18 years before. He is the most respected cricketer even by the rivals of all times. He is the idol of most of the Indian cricketers. That’s how he becomes the God of cricket and yet he is humble… and that is what makes him the greatest cricketer ever. We three hundred crore Indians salute you.. HATS OFF SACHIN.

A personal note: For me, Cricket is only a synonym for Sachin Tendulkar because I started watching cricket only to watch him playing and whenever he goes out I scarcely relished that match anymore. Few years back a survey revealed that most of TVs in India either turns off or swapped the channel during a match when Tendulkar goes out, I am one among them.

A R RAHMAN

You know, it’s all about A R Rahman one who makes music from his heart and takes it to other’s heart. Every musician leaves his imprint in some of his/her compositions, but Rahman could do it in every song he creates. He has put up a revolution in the music with his phenomenal compositions, as now everyone tries to make music as him. From the beginning itself he has created a next generation music, which he till now continues to do, so he has been always ahead to the other musicians of all times. With due respect to the great musician like Ilayaraja and some other maestros, who have always created some soothing music for our ears, I would like to call Rahman as the greatest simply because of his mastery in different kinds of music at once, (classical karnatic,sufi, to typical rock, peppy numbers) while others excel only in their types.

Finally the one who does magic with his music has brought the Oscars to our India. Now A R Rahman is at the top of the world and is still humble. He is one of those great Indians who took India to the world. Kudos to him.. I wrote this post dedicated to A R Rahman, much before he has been awraded with the mighty Oscars. I feel very happy for him and proud to be an Indian.. way to go Rahman, way to go India.

Oh Jackie how could u do such things at those times and made us wonder and laugh..? This man is incredible. I really like him. What ever he does, does with a complete heart and commitment. There is a lot to study from Jackie. He has never portrayed him as macho man or James Bond. He expressed himself. He never fought first, he always tried to ran away from trouble. He hardly kills his enemy, even though his enemy tried to kill him at the first hand. He always made mistakes. And ultimately he seemed to be a common man. Jackie’s doings are never imitable for a lay man, but he behaved just as a common man. That is how he won the hearts of people around the globe. How could one take such risks which almost pulled him to death. He lives with many broken bones in his body, but rarely we could see those pain in his face. His smile is graceful and open hearted ever. He represents himself in every movie and I see him as the coolest nice guy ever.
